From July to November, as the Product Quality Month, we will coordinate sales, production, and supply to identify key control points throughout the entire product quality control process. From raw material entry into the factory to the manufacturing process, and finally to the delivery of finished products to customers, we will develop a plan with the goal of achieving customer demand for product quality. The specific plan is as follows:
Procurement: According to the requirements of the business center, ensure inventory turnover days and strictly control the arrival rhythm; Ensure transportation efficiency while reducing shipping costs by 3-5 yuan/ton year-on-year.
Finance: Provide data support and promptly alert relevant responsible persons for abnormal data; Compare theory with practice in terms of loss control, supervise the ledger of bulk raw materials and the situation of empty warehouses; Energy conservation and consumption reduction, reasonable expenditure, and elimination of resource waste.
Production: Special training is provided to all production staff from raw material warehousing, feeding and use, corn crushing, granulation process, central control batching, and finished product delivery to establish quality awareness among all employees, assign responsibility for key nodes to individuals, and ensure management traceability, tracking, supervision, and inspection.
Quality control: Sort out the pain points and key points that affect the stability of feed products, ensure the first pass rate of products, reduce the occurrence of non-conforming products, organize monthly training and learning of internal control standards in our department, and achieve prevention in advance rather than handling afterwards!
By reorganizing and controlling the entire process, we aim to achieve 100% coverage of key point inspections throughout the product manufacturing process by the end of November.
